Work includes but is not limited to construction of an HVAC chase as well as removal and replacement of ceilings at the lobby and adjacent toilet rooms at the south end of the building. The ceiling at the gymnasium is to be scraped to remove all loose/peeling paint, cleaned, primed, and painted.

BID ACCEPTANCE and OPENINGS PROCEDURAL CHANGES:
The health and safety of residents and employees are a top priority as we navigate COVID-19 developments impacting our area. Changes to the Town’s operations and services are requiring an adjustment be made to the Bid Acceptance procedures.

Bid Openings will be held as scheduled on Wednesday, May 27,2020 at 02:00:00 p.m. However, bid submission will be made either of the following ways:

Bid Acceptance Procedural Changes

The Town of Collierville has now moved into Phase 2 of the COVID‐19 Protocol and is open to the public. As a result, bid submission has reverted back to hand delivery or delivery via national carrier (SPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) by 2:00:00 pm of the scheduled Bid Opening Date. Bids delivered after this time will not be accepted nor read.

Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractor’s expense, which will be fulfilled by Memphis Reprographics or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
