The scope of work includes finish upgrades which includes new flooring, ceilings, painted walls, wall tile, and toilet room renovations to the office administration area. The project will consist of construction of a new plaza area. The plaza will include an amphitheater structure, pavilion structures, and restrooms. Hardscape including vehicular paths as well as ADA compliant parking and ADA accessible pedestrian paths will be constructed.

The Treadwell Auditorium Renovation scope of work includes, but not limited to, renovation of school auditorium.

Installation of approximately 2120 LF of drainage pipe, 7 drainage inlets, and 9 new junction boxes in Carriage Hills Estates. In addition, repairs will include curb and gutter removed and replaced, asphalt removed and replaced, fence repairs, grassing, and erosion control.
