Public Projects

The Project consists of the construction of site grading, utilities, and hardscape necessary for the installation of a pre-fabricated restroom structure.

The Project includes the demolition of selective site elements, construction of new footbridges, new low water crossings, sitework, improvements to existing boardwalk and existing greenhouse, and other related work as shown in the plans and specifications.

Project consists of: Demolition of existing concrete pavement, renovation of existing metal shell swimming pool including concrete pool bottom replacement, pool shell vinyl liner installation, swimming pool coping, gutter and ladder painting, swimming pool handrail replacements, main drain replacement and miscellaneous plumbing repair, concrete pool deck replacement, pool deck drains and drain line repair and replacement, ADA pool lift installation, painting of metal light standards, chain link fence repair, and miscellaneous electrical work within existing pool pump room and in and around pool deck.

Roof Repairs & Interior Renovations

Project includes the mobilization, traffic control, erosion control, demolition, deleterious material hauloff and disposal, drainage pipes and structure installation, building/structures, asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, concrete steps, handrails, lighting, landscape, irrigation, site furnishings, signage, grading, paving, striping, and required ancillary work.

The purpose of this project is the construction of site improvements for the Oakland Parks and Recreation Department. The work shall consist of, but is not limited to, erosion control, clearing, grubbing, grading, paving, site drainage, seeding and sodding.

The work of this contract includes an ADDITION (SHELL / PHASE 1) TO DYER COUNTY JAIL as indicated in the contract documents.

The Project includes earthwork, utilities, and construction of a boat ramp, pre-fabricated pavilion and restrooms, and a pre-fabricated amphitheater.

The project consists of replacing mechanical equipment for approximately 40 classrooms, the library, teachers lounge, and assorted administration offices. The replacement equipment will consist of unit ventilators and ceiling cassettes with paired outdoor heat pumps. Work will also include all associated plumbing and electrical work.
