The project consists of replacing mechanical equipment for approximately 40 classrooms, the library, teachers lounge, and assorted administration offices. The replacement equipment will consist of unit ventilators and ceiling cassettes with paired outdoor heat pumps. Work will also include all associated plumbing and electrical work.

The project involves the selective demolition of limited existing site features as well as the construction of a new one-story animal shelter building.

The project consists of the installation of a new public works facility in the City of Olive Branch MS.

The project will consist of construction of a new plaza area. The plaza will include an amphitheater structure, pavilion structures, and restrooms. Hardscape including vehicular paths as well as ADA compliant parking and ADA accessible pedestrian paths will be constructed.
