The Trezevant HS 9th Grade Academy Renovation scope of work includes, but not limited to, determining the best HVAC system for the project with the focus on the equipment.

Updates to Mechanical Systems and Infrastructure at Southwest Community College Union Ave Campus.

New construction of animal shelter facility and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

The work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, services, and related activities and procedures necessary to the complete construction, including the buildings, site work, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and other improvements.

The Project Base Bid (Phase IV-A) consists of the interior renovation of existing area within the CJC Administration Tower located at 201 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN., and as indicated on the drawings to include all work as required and associated in conjunction for the complete renovation of Lower Level West General Sessions Courtrooms and Offices as indicated.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Interior renovation of the existing Administration Building on the Jackson State Community College campus. Work includes some interior reconfiguration and replacement of flooring, ceilings, wall finishes and millwork. Existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are being modified or replaced to accommodate these changes and make required code updates.
