Chase - Highland Strip
Scope is to remove all existing partitions, fixtures and finishes through out spaces. Storefronts are to be replaced. Slab in left space is to be replaced and new slab to be lowered to meet right side. Install a ramp inthe rear of the left space to have accessible exit. Build space out to typical chase standards as shown in this set.
