Multiple Buildings Roof Replacement

This project consists of roof replacements to 930 Madison Building, Student Alumni Center, Link Building, Hyman Building, Johnson Building, Wittonborg Building, and Plough Center/GMP Building. The project includes the removal of existing roof systems, including existing insulation, crickets, flashing; install new modified bitumen roof system and all related work. Where noted, existing gutters, downspouts, scuppers, and coping will be replaced.
