UREVBU - As-Built Building Renovataion at Jackson Ave.

This project consists of, but not limited to, modify a two-story as-built building for the mixed use occupancy of three assembly uses, Group A-2 restaurant, and Group A-3 art gallery on the ground floor, and Group R-3 residential on the second floor, which is limited to two units maximum, without fire sprinklers.
