Separate sealed bids for David Robinson Park - Restrooms and ADA Improvements will be received by its Mayor, The Honorable Chris Younger at the City of Dyer, City Hall, 105 S Main St, Dyer, TN 38330 until 2:00 PM local time on October 30th, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.

Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at City Hall, 105 S Main St, Dyer, TN 38330 at 2:00 PM local time on October 23, 2025.
