T.E. Maxson Wastewater Treatment Plant

Construction of a new Administration Building of approximately 11,103 sqft. for the City of Memphis – Public Works Division at the T.E. Maxon Wastewater Treatment Facility. The project is type VB construction and sprinklered. Project also includes demolition of existing administration building and parking areas after a new administration building is complete and operational.
