Renovation of the Abe Goodman Clubhouse

Project consists of: hazardous material abatement, demolition (of site hardscape, handrails/guardrails, concrete steps, concrete patio, and exterior awnings); earthwork, and grading; installation of concrete paving, steps, ramps, and patios, concrete seat walls, handrails, canopies, and renovation to the interior of the clubhouse as depicted on the drawings.
