Whitehaven Banquet Facility and Community Center Deferred Maintenance

Project consists of: renovations to the existing Whitehaven Community Center along with the addition of a new gathering hall and the associated support spaces. Renovations include demolition, interior renovations, and re-roof; new construction includes site work and all associated trades for a new code-compliant steel-framed 1-story habitable space.
