INLINE / END CAP SPACE
FORMER RESTAURANT, HAS 2 BAYS WITHIN BUILDING. RIGHT SIDE HAS PLASTER CEILINGS AND FRONT DOOR IN STOREFRONT. LEFT SIDE HAS EXPOSED RAFTERS AND REAR DOOR. EXISTING SLABS BETWEEN SIDES ARE NOT AT THE SAME HEIGHT. ROOF IS NOT THE SAME CONSTRUCTION OR HEIGHT.
NEW SCOPE IS TO REMOVE ALL EXISTING PARTITIONS, FIXTURES AND FINISHES THROUGH OUT SPACES. STOREFRONTS ARE TO BE REPLACED. SLAB IN LEFT SPACE IS TO BE REPLACES AND NEW SLAB TO BE LOWERED TO MEET RIGHT SIDE. INSTALL A RAMP IN THE REAR OF THE LEFT SPACE TO HAVE ACCESSIBLE EXIT. BUILD SPACE OUT TO TYPICAL CHASE STANDARDS AS SHOWN IN THIS SET.
